ARM devices I own

Since this blog is all about ARM devices, it would be nice to show off the devices that I own myself with the specs written down:

LaCie Ethernet Disk Mini V2 (or ED Mini V2):

  • Marvell Orion 88F5182 CPU (400 MHz)
  • 64MB RAM / 512KB ROM
  • Runs Debian Wheezy (Linux 3.5 kernel)
  • 500 Gb disk

LaCie NetworkSpace 2 (or NS2):

  • Marvell Kirkwood 88F6182 CPU (800 MHz)
  • 256MB RAM / 512KB ROM
  • Runs Debian Wheezy (Linux 3.8 kernel)
  • 1 Tb disk

LaCie NetworkSpace (or NS1) (second picture):

  • Marvell Orion 88F6082 CPU (333 MHz)
  • 16MB RAM
  • Runs stock LaCie software and needs to be modified
  • 500 Gb disk

Linksys MediaHub 300 (or NMH-300):

  • Marvell Orion 88F5182 CPU (400 MHz)
  • 128MB RAM / 64MB ROM
  • Runs Debian Wheezy (Linux 3.8.13 kernel)
  • 2 x 500GB

Linksys MediaHub 400 (or NMH-400):

  • Marvell Orion 88F5182 CPU (400 MHz)
  • 128MB RAM / 64MB ROM
  • Runs Debian Wheezy (Linux 3.8.13 kernel)
  • No disks, (2 bays) currently not in use, needs to be modified

HP t5325:

  • Marvell Kirkwood 88F5182 CPU (1200 MHz)
  • 128MB RAM / 512KB ROM
  • Runs Debian Wheezy (Linux 3.11 kernel)
  • Has 400MB of flash diskspace, modified to have it’s root disk over NFS

PogoPlug v3:

  • Marvell Orion 88F6182 CPU (1200 MHz)
  • 128MB RAM / 64MB ROM
  • Runs stock software
  • No disks as it’s cloud based
